Trenton's Early B-Day Present

Bill has been working for about a week to get this train up and running in Trenton's room.  He still has a bit to do but this is the basic completion of the project.  Trenton loves it.  As he says, 'Cool my train, Daddy!'

First Swim Lessons

The twins had their first swimming lessons. They loved them. Emma was happy just sitting on the first step and kicking while Trenton could hardly wait for his next turn. He got dunked a couple of times and swallowed half the pool. At one point, the teacher floated him out to the island and then let go.  As he started to go under water he grabbed the white post and pulled himself up.  The teacher told him, good job, you did it.  When he got back to the edge, he looked over at us and raised his arms in the air. 'I did it! I did it!' he said with the biggest smile on his face and then started clapping.  Precious Emma held tight to the teacher and enjoyed bouncing around.  We loved watching them.

Twins Rooms

We separated the twins into their own rooms a couple of months ago and are working hard to get there rooms done.  Currently the beds are on the floor so the twins can climb easily in and out.  We still have a lot planned to finish off the rooms but here are a few of the beginning work in progress pics.

Twins First Hike

We had a perfect day to go for the twins first hike.  Since Bill and I both love the outdoors we were very excited to see how the kids would do.  They were perfect.  They loved looking for animals and looking out for the 'owies' (cactus).

Daddy picked Emma some wildflowers.  She carried them the whole way!
