Twins Rooms

We separated the twins into their own rooms a couple of months ago and are working hard to get there rooms done.  Currently the beds are on the floor so the twins can climb easily in and out.  We still have a lot planned to finish off the rooms but here are a few of the beginning work in progress pics.

Twins First Hike

We had a perfect day to go for the twins first hike.  Since Bill and I both love the outdoors we were very excited to see how the kids would do.  They were perfect.  They loved looking for animals and looking out for the 'owies' (cactus).

See, the desert can be beautiful!

Daddy picked Emma some wildflowers.  She carried them the whole way!

First encounter with 'wildlife'

Love you, Daddy

Visiting Cousins and DISNEYLAND

We got to go visit the cousins (and Aunt and Uncle) in their new living quarters. The kids all had a ton of fun together. The twins also had their very first trip to Disneyland! It was so worth it to see the never-ending smiles and looks of sheer amazement on their faces.

Emma had lots of dollies to play with.  Here she is reading them the 'Bible'. :)

DJ took an instant liking to his Uncle Bill.  He wasn't so sure about me though!

Waking up to find Papa and Grandma had arrived!

Papa's Boys

Disneyland!
One of the many lines we stood in throughout the day!

Finding Nemo Submarine Adventure

Autopia - A little tough to get pictures and drive.  Trenton steered the whole time.  Once Emma figured out it bumped every time she turned the wheel she gladly sat back and enjoyed the ride!

Waiting in line for Dumbo, definitely a favorite!

The nummy suckers that held their attention for quite some time.

It's a Small World - kids loved it

The Jungle Ride - Totally fascinated!

We actually got a picture on the Pirates Ride due to the stopping of the ride and having to exit before we got very far.  With lights on, it doesn't seem too scary!

Teacups!

A favorite for Trenton - we rode all around the park on the train.

Waiting to meet the fairy princesses... Emma wanted to meet the princesses but the fairy line was much shorter, so they became fairy princesses!  :)  I don't think we will be able to get away with that again!  Trent, not so interested, but hammed it up for the camera!

Winnie the Pooh

We had to stay for the parade... needless to say, the kids loved it!

Arriving home after a day at Disneyland!
