We got Emma a little doll that talks baby talk and moves its head and arms. She absolutely loves it, carries it everywhere with her, and calls it 'Baby'. She likes to feed it a bottle and wrap it in a blanket. Its so cute to watch her although I have to wrap the doll 100 times a day.

Trip to San Diego

We had a wonderful trip to San Diego. The trip out went pretty well, including a rain storm and a dust storm. The kids did well, playing on their laptop and other toys/books. We had a nice stop in Yuma and got to have lunch with Rob and Larry. They even helped corral the kids so they could run a bit in Mimi's Cafe! I forgot to take a picture of the place we stayed. It was a beautiful studio right on Mission Beach. We walked out in the morning and stepped right onto the beach. Must say, we carried half the beach back indoors though!

The babies ate well....I guess they like Doritos and Oreos better than green beans.

We did make a trip to the La Jolla Aquarium. A nice change up from the beach.
