Little Monsters

The twins had their 18 month doctor checkup today, so true to course, we stopped for cheeseburgers and ice cream. In the happy meals, the kids got monster glasses. They loved them and wore them all the way home and throughout lunch!

Little Italians... well kind of

Dad and Mom recently got back from a wonderful trip abroad. They brought back these adorable shirts for the kids as part of our heritage. Could not get the kids together for a picture so I got individual ones.

Trains!

Bill was brave and broke out one of his old LGB Trains and tracks. The kids had a blast chasing the train around and trying to capture it. They did catch it quite often, causing many derailments!

Visit from Family

Don, Hilde, and Madison stopped by for a nice visit on their way to watch the Beavers play UofA. They were rewarded with a win from their Beavers!

Sewing Break

I finally had an excuse to break out the paints. Since Bill finished our bathroom, I needed to redecorate the old bath (now the kid/guest bath). So I found a pattern I really liked and decided it needed some paintings to match. Here's the final product!

Bathroom COMPLETED!!!!!

DONE!!!! I've never been so thrilled in my life, well not quite, but pretty close. Tonight he finished the tile and grout around the tub. Bill worked for what seemed like forever on this project and now he is done, minus a trim piece. It's hard to get a good shot of the whole bathroom but I absolutely love it. The shower is huge, the tub is huge, I have a linen closet, double sink vanity, and a toilet room! Coming from a single sink, bath/shower combo, in a single bathroom you can see why I'm so excited. We now have 2 bathrooms!!
