Buttonwillow Convention

We snuck over to Buttonwillow since Phil and Maria and Dad and  Mom would be there.  It was so nice to be all together with family.  The thoughts shared were helpful and encouraging; I have a lot to think about.  It was wonderful to see old friends and make new ones.  We did have our first broken bone and amazingly it was Emma and not Trenton.  Poor little Emma fell out of bed Wednesday night at the hotel.  She went back to sleep but was favoring her left arm in the morning.  Bill finally convinced me to take her to the urgent care in between the first two meetings.  Come to find out, she had broken her collar bone.  So she had to wear a sling the whole rest of convention and couldn't really play with all the other kids.
